OneLiner's prefault votlage fault simulation option of "From a Power Flow solution"

We discovered that the Prefault voltage fault simulation option of "From a Power Flow solution" does not work as designed in some OneLiner Version 15 releases, and the fault simulation results can be inaccurate when this option is selected.

This software bug had been fixed in OneLiner V15.5 Build 21978 or higher (The program build number is displayed in the OneLiner Help | About dialog box).
