OneLiner V12 Software Bug Alert: Distance relay type SEL421P__ and relay group on switch

Because of a flaw in the logic for reading version 11 binary data file, some setting parameter of existing SEL421P__ distance relay in version OLR file can become damaged when the file is first opened in OneLiner version 12. As the result these existing distance relays would no longer operate correctly in fault simulation. New distance relays that are added in OneLiner version 12 are not affected by this bug and work correctly.

We had also discovered another software bug that caused the command Check | Primary/backup coordination to report incorrect result for relay groups that are located on switches.

These errors were found OneLiner version 12 with build number 10769 or lower (Program build number is displayed in the Help | About dialog box).
