OneLiner type-3 wind generator model issues

A number of you have reported problems in simulating type-3 wind plants in OneLiner version 15 (up to and including v15.5):

• Branch currents did not add up to zero at some buses.

• Wind plants that were labeled "shut down" were still injecting current.

Upon further analysis, we discovered that problems happen when:

a) The fault was simulated with prefault-voltage profile of "From a linear network solution" And 

b) The type-3 wind plant injects current in the network in pre-fault due to non zero MW unit generation or the initial terminal bus voltage being off-nominal.

The latest OneLiner maintenance release V15.6 has fixed all the above issues.
