The Print All command in the Text Report Viewer Window lets you print the entire output file. This command works on output files of any size.
TO PRINT THE ENTIRE OUTPUT FILE:
1. Select the File | Print All command.
A dialog box will appear asking you to select the font.
2. Use the controls in the standard font-selection dialog box to select the font, font style and size you want. Press OK.
You should choose a font style and a font size that will accommodate the width of the output. On HP LaserJet printers, the Line Printer font is ideal for printing the 132-column output in the normal, portrait orientation. On PostScript printers, the 7-point Courier font will do the same.
The Font dialog box will be replaced by a dialog box with words "Printing in progress" on the screen. The printed output is written to the hard disk (in the form of a metafile) when this dialog box is visible. The actual printing begins when this dialog box disappears.
