LOCK ONE-LINE COMMAND

The Lock One-Line command in the Main Window is designed to prevent the user from modifying the graphical one-line diagram and from deleting or adding network elements.  Subsequent executions of this command toggle the locked and unlocked status.

Even when the one-line is locked, the user can still:

      modify parameters of network elements

take network elements in/out of service

      add relay groups

add protective devices and logic schemes to relay groups

modify parameters of protective devices and logic schemes.

delete protective devices and logic schemes

      delete relay groups

The lock/unlock option is saved within the olr file.
