INFO | JOURNAL REPORT COMMAND

The Info | Journal Report command in the Main Window creates a file that shows for different object in the network, the creation date, the creator, the last-modified date, and the name of the person who modified it.

TO GENERATE A REPORT OF JOURNAL ENTRIES:

1.    Select the File | Info | Journal Viewer command.

       A dialog box will appear.

     

2.    Enter the filter parameters.

      Mark the check box Network data to include in the report all network components such as buses, lines, transformers, generators, loads, and shunts.

      Mark the check box Protective devices and logic schemes to include in the report all relays and logics schemes.

       Enter From and To dates to include in the report only changes made on or between these dates.

       Note: If a date edit boxes is blank, the corresponding date limit will be ignored in the program report.

3.    Press OK.

      This command will export a CSV file that shows, for network and relay object the creation date, the creator, the last-modified date, and the name of the person who modified it.  The creator and last-modified user names are taken from the user’s Windows log-in ID.  Also, immediate after the name, the computer name is also shown. For example, “Smith48@DEV-01” means the change was made by user Smith48 at the computer DEV-01.
