The Appendix describes the ASPEN Time Dial Calculator, an auxiliary program that computes the time dial setting of an overcurrent relay given the pickup multiple and the time delay.
In OneLiner, the pickup multiple and the time dial are required inputs for overcurrent relays. This creates a problem for users who store their relay settings in terms of the pickup multiple and the time delay, and do not know the corresponding time dial settings. The Time Dial Calculator is designed to remedy this problem.
